Reinforces the educational continuity of girls and adolescents in priority care situations through school support, pedagogical support and comprehensive care.
We promote inclusive and intercultural public education that recognizes and values the cultural diversity of our communities. Through educational support processes, we accompany students in their school continuity through reinforcement sessions, monitoring and innovative pedagogical strategies that strengthen their learning. We promote the creation of resilient educational spaces that encourage critical thinking, participation and dialogue between educational actors.
Likewise, we work on the continuous training of teachers through learning and training networks, integrating intercultural approaches and updated methodologies. We encourage the exchange of knowledge between regions through community networks, such as the Houses of Culture, and we promote the use of dynamic educational resources, such as training capsules, that enrich the teaching and learning experience.

Teacher pedagogical strengthening to accompany learning, youth leadership and environmental and communication work in secondary school.
We strengthen the pedagogical capacities of teachers through self-learning modules that facilitate autonomous training processes in asynchronous mode, promoting constant updating and the use of innovative methodologies in the classroom.
In addition, we promote the development of technical and pedagogical capacities in teachers and professionals linked to the educational sector, with the aim of accompanying high school students in their training as environmental defenders and journalists schoolchildren. In this way, youth leadership and the leading role of students in the protection of the environment and the generation of content with a critical and transformative approach are promoted.
